You must provide accurate contact, collection or delivery information and keep account credentials secure. You may not misuse the service, interfere with security, place fraudulent orders or use another person's information without authority.
Your cart is an invitation to place an order. Before submission you can review items, quantities, fulfilment method, price and payment choice. An order is accepted when the system issues an order number, subject to stock, operating hours, payment confirmation where required and our ability to fulfil it. We may reject and refund an order that cannot be fulfilled.
Images are illustrative. Ingredients and availability may change. Customers with allergies must contact the store before ordering; cross-contact cannot be ruled out in a shared kitchen. Customisation instructions are subject to availability.
Quoted preparation and delivery times are estimates. Collection customers must collect promptly. Delivery requires an accurate address and reachable telephone number. Risk passes on handover, without limiting rights for defective, unsafe, incorrect or non-conforming goods.
Online payments are processed by the displayed payment provider. An order awaiting payment is not treated as paid until confirmation is received. Do not submit duplicate payments; contact us with the order number if uncertain.
Our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act or Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
We remain responsible where the law requires. We are not responsible for losses caused by information supplied incorrectly by the customer or events genuinely beyond reasonable control, subject always to non-excludable consumer rights. Complaints should include the order number and be sent to the contact details above.
Personal information is handled under our Privacy Notice. South African law applies. Changes apply prospectively from the published effective date.
