Call 064 341 3596 immediately and provide the order number. A message or email is not guaranteed to be seen before preparation starts.
An order cancelled before preparation starts will ordinarily receive a full refund of amounts paid.
Because food is made to order and perishable, cancellation after preparation starts may be refused or may carry a reasonable charge reflecting work performed, ingredients committed and loss actually suffered, as permitted by law. We will consider the timing and circumstances fairly.
We may cancel if ingredients are unavailable, payment fails, the order cannot safely or reasonably be fulfilled, delivery information is inadequate, or fraud/misuse is suspected. Any amount paid for goods not supplied will be refunded.
Contact the store if delayed. Where delivery or collection fails because the customer supplied incorrect details, was unreachable or did not collect within a reasonable time, reasonable proven costs may apply, subject to consumer law.
